Servicing & Repairs

When coming back to Grasshopper for servicing or repairs you have the assurance of knowing that, whether we carry out the job in our factory or at your location, whichever engineer carries out the job is fully trained to manufacture your golf cart entirely and any parts that need replacing will be replaced by genuine OEM spare parts.

 

We offer a variety of options to get your buggy serviced or repaired. Your fastest and cheapest option would be to bring your buggy into our factory based in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire where we endeavour to complete all jobs whilst you wait to save you from making two journeys.

 

Alternatively, you could take advantage of our mobile repair service. Call out fees are £1 per mile (min call out fee £50) but, if we are able to combine your visit with other owners then your call out fee will be divided amongst all jobs. We try to stick within an approximate 80 mile radius for call outs but can travel further afield if needed although, unfortunately, long distances can often incur a lengthy wait before we find a space to fit them in.

 

Finally, we are supported by a fantastic team of external repair agents (details can be found on the Agents tab) that are fully capable of carrying out any repairs you need.
